If you are an Aboriginal person wanting to work for us, or someone with outstanding skills that fit with our organisational goals, we want to hear from you. Email us a CV and a cover letter introducing yourself to us or drop them into one of our offices. If we don’t have a vacancy at the time, we recommend volunteering with us as vacancies do come up regularly. If you are currently unemployed, you may be able to work with us through our Work for the Dole activities.

We operate a casual pool for Welcome to Country and Cross Cultural Training, and are always looking for more Larrakia to deliver these two services. We also have a talent directory and have a lot of work for Aboriginal artists and musicians, so if that sounds like you, get in touch!

We always advertise our vacancies here and often also in the NT News, and on notice boards around the community. We also circulate our vacancies to staff and board members.

If you are a business or NGO looking for Aboriginal staff, unfortunately we are generally unable to help you as we are not an employment agency. We recommend you contact one of the following organisations for assistance with your Aboriginal staffing needs:

  2. Aboriginal Employment Services
  3. IE.Project
  4. All Aspects Recruiting

We can however, assist you with communications aimed at promoting employment options to the Aboriginal community. You might also want to consider partnering with us on a project or businesses to fulfill your Aboriginal employment targets through subcontracting.

Finally, you might want to consider how you create a positive workplace environment for Aboriginal staff. We can assist with Cross Cultural Training, Professional advice and support for managers, and HR policy reviews to improve your Aboriginal employment and retention outcomes.
