Our board is made up of representatives elected by each of the eight Larrakia families. Having a broad membership base and community insight ensures that decisions made in the organisation serve the long term interests of the Larrakia community through the generations.
Our organisation is governed by its Rulebook, which sets out the responsibilities of the directors and the governance of the organisation, and ensures that all families and interests are represented.
The use of a balanced scorecard with visually-based targets in the areas of finance, learning and development, business process, community and governance ensures accountability and transparency for all aspects of the operation of the organisation.
